The F300 is a flexible and practical machine, small in size, easy to move and place with a wide range of models and compatible joints.
The thrust control system makes the opening-closing action safe for the operator and for the shoe. The kinematics allows to shape the roll trajectory, minimizing the force required to open and close the shapes.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The F300 is equipped with a Anti-injury and non-marking drive roll. The pressure to open and close can vary (4 - 6 bar); Once this pressure exceeds a certain limit, the thrust turns from vertical into oblique towards the inside of the lever-shape. In this case the operator can be released from the vertical pressure and the shoe is less subject to the pressure applied , which could damage it.
The F300 has three shape processing cycle: the opening, the closing and the combined operation (opening/closing). Its use is very adaptable thanks to the compatibility with many models, joints and the possibility of processing almost all sizes.
