STRENGTHS

TELEMETRY is a software application for monitoring and analysing real-time data from individual peripheral units communicating via Ethernet or Wi-Fi network. The system measures the parameters of Falmach products in addition to machinery from other manufacturers and can also be interfaced with company management systems.

The software displays process parameters and allows machinery control anytime and anywhere. The integrated system allows remote assistance, reducing machine downtime.

GENERAL FEATURES

The main screen can be customized with the plant plan where it is possible to see the actual location of the machines.

With a click on the icons in the map you can access the real-time data interface.

In the event of a fault, the machine icon flashes. Click on the anomaly to access the emergency control panel.

The counter shows the total working hours of the machine. With a click you can view the history of maintenance tasks, as reported in the use and maintenance manual.

Through the EDIT function, it is possible to add, modify or delete the monitoring points within the map, based on the position of the machines in the plant.
